They could control the noise and made no offer to me left after complaining. I was up all night listening to kids screaming and running the halls.
Bad, do not care for business travelers.

Not enough luggage carts; stale odor in halls; bathroom too small.
Friendly and helpful staff; good location for our needs; upkeep of motel needs attention, i.e. not enough luggage carts, stale odor in halls, 2 lamps not working in our room.

Hotel amenities were worn down.
This hotel was/is great for those who need a clean but unattractive room while passing through the area.
